Terms of Service
Last updated: June 11, 2026
1. Introduction
By accessing or using Clubolt.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your Data and Backups
You retain ownership of the data you add to Clubolt. Clubolt does not maintain separate backups of your data and does not offer data recovery services. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clubolt is not liable for any loss, deletion, corruption, or damage to your data—whether caused by the Service, third-party providers, or actions taken by you or your organization.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for securing your account credentials. Use a strong, unique password and keep your login information confidential. Clubolt supports two-factor authentication (2FA), but enabling it is optional—we do not require it.
Clubolt is not liable for unauthorized access or data loss resulting from weak credentials, shared accounts, or other security practices under your control.
4. Termination
Clubolt may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data may be deleted and is not retained. Export anything you need before your account closes.
5. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or unauthorized access claims.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under U.S. privacy law—including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
