Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
Your data stays yours.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Clubolt.com and describes how we handle personal information for users in the United States. Clubolt is not intended for users outside the U.S., and we do not knowingly collect data from non-U.S. residents.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what is needed to operate the Service:
- Account information — name, email address, and login credentials.
- Club and membership data — member records and other information you or your organization enter into the platform.
- Billing information — subscription and payment details needed to process your plan.
- Usage data — basic logs (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages accessed) used for security and reliability.
We do not maintain separate external backups of your club data. You are responsible for exporting and preserving records you need to keep.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information solely to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Process subscriptions and communicate about your account;
- Respond to support requests;
- Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
4. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Clubolt (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery), and only to the extent needed for them to perform those services. These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent harm.
5. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to know — what categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and whether we disclose or sell it.
- Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to opt out of sale — we do not sell personal information, so no opt-out is necessary.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
To submit a request, email [email protected] with the subject line “CCPA Request.” We will verify your identity before processing the request and respond within 45 days as required by law.
In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the categories listed in Section 2 for the business purposes described in Section 3. We have not sold personal information.
7. Other U.S. State Rights
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, delete, and correct personal information. Submit requests to [email protected] and we will honor applicable requirements.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
